What you'll do
As the Manufacturing Software Manager, you will lead a team of four experienced software engineers, guiding them in the development and maintenance of manufacturing, engineering, and support test tools. You will work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to define and create manufacturing and calibration tests for electrical hardware and software, ensuring that all tools are effective and efficient. Your role will involve managing the tools ecosystem encompassing design, validation, documentation, and release processes, which are critical for the success of our products.
You will be responsible for setting expectations with cross-functional teams and ensuring that all software components align with the overall goals of the organization. Your leadership will help foster a collaborative environment where your team can innovate and excel. You will also analyze data to drive improvements in manufacturing processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our production capabilities.
