Who you are
You are eager to start your career in technical support and have a strong interest in 3D printing technology. You possess a Bachelor's degree and are ready to gain deep technical knowledge of the SLA (stereolithography) and SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) product environments. You are a problem solver who enjoys helping others and can communicate technical troubleshooting steps effectively to resolve customer issues. You are detail-oriented and can track the occurrence rate of ongoing and newly arising issues, championing efforts across the organization to resolve them. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited to work with a diverse team to tackle challenges.
Desirable
Experience or coursework related to engineering or technical support would be beneficial, but not required. A passion for customer service and a willingness to learn will set you apart.
What you'll do
In this role, you will act as the technical escalation point for customer issues arising from our SLA/SLS platforms. You will develop and communicate technical troubleshooting steps to resolve in-field issues to our Services agents. You will investigate issues that require further analysis to uncover root causes and partner with R&D and Documentation teams to deliver effective solutions. You will maintain the systems that Services agents use to report customer issues, ensuring that all information is accurately tracked and reported. Your contributions will help enhance the customer experience and support the growth of our innovative 3D printing technology.
