Who you are
You are a versatile and curious engineer with a strong background in reliability engineering and testing methodologies. You have experience developing and executing validation test plans for hardware products, ensuring they meet design and reliability requirements. Your analytical skills allow you to perform hands-on and data-driven root cause analysis of electromechanical subsystems and field failures, utilizing common problem-solving methodologies. You thrive in a collaborative environment and can communicate complex data insights clearly to stakeholders. You are passionate about improving product robustness and enhancing user experience through effective testing strategies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop, execute, and manage system, subsystem, and component level validation test plans to ensure that Formlabs' products meet design and reliability requirements. You will work closely with the Reliability Engineering Team to architect effective testing strategies and engineer advanced electro-mechanical test rigs. Your responsibilities will include performing hands-on testing, analyzing data to extract actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address product issues. You will also be involved in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.
