What you'll do

As an AI Engineer at Gradient Labs, you will enhance the AI agent by developing, evaluating, and optimizing its skills. This involves preparing and curating datasets, iterating on agent enhancements, and testing and evaluating changes to ensure they are effective before deployment. You will also engage in prototyping and experimentation, keeping abreast of the latest NLP and generative AI news to identify opportunities for platform enhancement.

Your role will require you to analyze datasets of customer queries and support tickets, using your insights to inform improvements to the AI agent. You will collaborate closely with other team members to ensure that the AI agent meets the high standards required for handling complex customer interactions in the financial services sector. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of customer operations, making a significant difference in the user experience.
