What you'll do

As a Founding Engineer at Fractional AI, you will play a pivotal role in building and shipping AI applications tailored to customer needs. You will engage with clients to understand their requirements and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions in their environments. Your contributions will not only impact the projects you work on but also help shape the engineering culture as the team grows to over 100 engineers. You will be involved in all stages of the development process, from initial concept to deployment, ensuring that the solutions you deliver are both effective and efficient.
