What you'll do

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in embedding inclusive practices within large design projects at FranklinCovey. You will collaborate with content creators, product managers, and other designers to develop graphics that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also accessible to a diverse audience. Your responsibilities will include conducting accessibility audits on existing designs, providing recommendations for improvements, and creating new design assets that adhere to accessibility guidelines.

You will also participate in user testing to gather feedback on design effectiveness and accessibility, ensuring that the final products meet the needs of all users. Your contributions will help shape the visual identity of FranklinCovey's offerings, making a meaningful impact on how clients and users engage with the company's resources.
