What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer at FranklinCovey, you will be responsible for leading the design process for the 4DX Platform team — you will conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points, translating these insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that your designs are feasible and aligned with the overall product vision. Your role will involve iterating on designs based on user feedback and usability testing, ensuring that the final product delivers an exceptional user experience.

You will also contribute to the development of design guidelines and best practices, helping to foster a culture of design excellence within the organization. Your ability to advocate for the user will be crucial as you present your design concepts to stakeholders and gather input to refine your work. You will stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance the design process and outcomes.
