What you'll do

As a Platform Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the performance of FreedomPay's production platforms. You will work closely with your team to ensure that all systems are functioning optimally and that any issues are addressed promptly. Your role will involve analyzing key performance indicators and collaborating with other teams to implement improvements. You will also participate in a rotating schedule that provides weekend coverage, ensuring that the platform remains stable and available at all times.
