Who you are
You are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to take on challenges. Your ability to work well with others and communicate effectively makes you a valuable team member. You are physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting items throughout your shift, and you are comfortable working in various conditions, including freezer locations. You have a general working knowledge of basic web-based software applications, which helps you manage tasks efficiently.
What you'll do
As an Operations Associate at Gopuff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing items for dispatch to customers, receiving and unpacking pallets of products from vendors, and managing inventory to ensure accuracy. You will also be responsible for cleaning and organizing the sales floor and overall facility, as well as managing waste and spoilage through strict compliance with FIFO practices. Additionally, you will handle customer communications regarding substituted or out-of-stock items, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
