What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at Fresha, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sales workflows within the beauty and wellness marketplace. You will lead the strategy and roadmap for key sales features, including memberships, taxes, and checkout flows. Collaborating closely with the Head of Product and other executives, you will ensure that product initiatives align with the company's overall vision and objectives.
You will conduct user research and gather feedback to understand pain points and opportunities for improvement in the sales process. Your role will involve defining success metrics and tracking performance to measure the impact of new features. You will also coordinate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions that enhance the user experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process. You will facilitate sprint planning and prioritize the product backlog based on user needs and business goals.
