You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate on designs. Your ability to communicate design concepts clearly helps bridge the gap between technical and non-technical team members. You are detail-oriented and have a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring that every design element serves a purpose.

Experience in healthcare technology or similar regulated industries is a plus. Familiarity with user research methodologies and A/B testing can enhance your contributions to the team. You are open to feedback and continuously seek to improve your design skills and processes.

What you'll do

As a Product Designer at Freshpaint, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces that facilitate the management of customer data while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with our product vision.

You will conduct user research to gather insights and validate design decisions, ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of healthcare marketers. Your role will involve iterating on designs based on user feedback and analytics, continuously improving the user experience. You will also participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers, fostering a culture of design excellence within the team.
