Product Designer • Mid-Level

Who you are

You have a strong background in product design, with experience leading design projects across the entire product lifecycle. You understand the importance of user-centered design and are skilled at listening to users to develop strategies that delight them. Your ability to influence product strategy and impact execution is a key strength, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can partner closely with engineering, product, and business teams.

You are proficient in design tools such as Figma and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that your designs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and user-friendly. Your experience in the decentralized finance (DeFi) space is a plus, as it allows you to bring unique insights into the design process. You are passionate about creating innovative solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible in the Web3 finance landscape.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead design projects for Injective's web products and DAPPs, working hands-on to create user interfaces that enhance the user experience. You will propagate a strong design practice within the team, influencing product strategy and ensuring high-quality execution. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to find elegant solutions to design challenges, as well as conducting user research to inform your design decisions.

You will be involved in multiple product launches, ensuring that each product meets the needs of its users while aligning with Injective's overall vision. Your ability to map out creative solutions will be crucial as you work with leadership to craft products that stand out in the competitive DeFi market. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team.
