What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer at Freshpaint, you will play a crucial role in developing our core privacy platform. You will work closely with product managers and designers to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing features that enhance our platform's capabilities while ensuring that all data handling processes adhere to HIPAA regulations.

You will also be involved in optimizing our existing systems for performance and scalability, ensuring that we can handle the growing demands of our customers. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work with various teams to integrate our solutions with popular advertising platforms and analytics tools. You will mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow in their careers.
