What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate with product and engineering leadership to define and guide the development of new features across the Vantage platform. You will lead a team of engineers, mentoring them in best practices and ensuring high-quality code delivery. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the core reporting experience, new provider integrations, and onboarding/billing processes. You will work in a fast-paced environment, constantly shipping to production and iterating on features based on user feedback. Your role will also involve engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable engineering tasks.

What we offer

Vantage offers a competitive salary range of $200,000 - $230,000, along with equity options and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.
