Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the healthcare technology sector — you've successfully led cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products that improve patient outcomes. Your background includes a strong understanding of clinical science and the ability to translate medical insights into user-friendly tools. You are comfortable working with technical teams, including data science and engineering, to ensure that products are both clinically sound and technically feasible.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, from clinical researchers to commercial teams. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform product decisions and validate features. You are passionate about enhancing patient experiences and are driven by a mission to make healthcare more accessible and effective.
Desirable
Experience with AI/ML tools and their application in healthcare is a plus. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the health technology space will help you navigate the complexities of product development in this industry.
What you'll do
As a Staff Medical Product Manager at Fullscript, you will lead the Medical Innovation team in developing tools that extend care beyond the clinical visit. You will work closely with product, design, engineering, and clinical research teams to ensure that the products you develop are grounded in clinical rigor and user-centered design. Your role will involve defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user needs and clinical insights, and overseeing the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
You will also play a key role in shaping how AI/ML is integrated into our products, ensuring that these technologies enhance clinical decision-making and improve long-term health outcomes. You will be responsible for conducting user research, analyzing data, and iterating on product features based on feedback and performance metrics. Your leadership will help foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team, driving the development of tools that truly make a difference in patient care.
