Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in fullstack development, with a strong focus on backend systems and APIs. Your advanced proficiency in Ruby on Rails and React.js allows you to build robust applications that meet user needs. You understand the intricacies of microservices architectures and are adept at ensuring scalability and reliability in your designs. Your experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL equips you to manage data effectively. You are familiar with version control systems, particularly Git, and have a solid grasp of CI/CD best practices. Fluent English communication, both written and spoken, is a key strength of yours, enabling you to collaborate effectively with distributed teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build and maintain backend services and APIs using Ruby on Rails, integrated with React frontends. You will design and implement microservices architectures that ensure scalability and reliability, collaborating closely with product and data teams to integrate financial workflows and data pipelines. Your responsibilities will include optimizing system performance, ensuring code quality, and maintaining robust testing practices. You will also contribute to architectural discussions and guide decisions around scalability and security, playing a crucial role in shaping the core architecture that powers our platform.
