You are a Principal or Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a strong background in designing and developing full-stack features using TypeScript. You thrive in collaborative environments and have a passion for building innovative AI agents powered by the latest models from OpenAI and Anthropic. You possess deep technical expertise and enjoy taking ownership of projects from ideation to implementation. Your experience in cloud platforms, particularly GCP and AWS, allows you to optimize and scale applications effectively.

You have a proven track record of working in fast-paced environments and are comfortable navigating ambiguity. You proactively identify problems and propose solutions, demonstrating your ability to execute independently. Your collaborative spirit enables you to contribute to architectural decisions and engineering best practices, ensuring the team delivers high-quality products.

Desirable

Experience with infrastructure-as-code and deployment pipelines is a plus. Familiarity with AI technologies and large language models will set you apart as a candidate. You are eager to mentor junior engineers and share your knowledge within the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain full-stack features for our AI Agent platform. You will build and optimize AI agents using state-of-the-art large language models, ensuring they meet the needs of our users. You will take full ownership of projects, from ideation and architecture to implementation and maintenance, allowing you to shape core parts of the product.

You will work closely with a small, senior team, collaborating to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Your responsibilities will include developing reusable tools, prompts, and frameworks for rapid agent creation, as well as contributing to architectural decisions that enhance the scalability and performance of our applications.

You will also participate in the interview process, helping to identify and attract top talent to join our growing team. Your insights and expertise will be invaluable as we expand our capabilities and continue to push the boundaries of AI technology.
