You possess strong skills in API design and backend development, with a solid understanding of data processing pipelines and infrastructure. Your experience in financial services or capital markets is a significant advantage, as it allows you to understand the unique challenges and requirements of the industry. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with business stakeholders to translate their needs into robust technical solutions.

Desirable

Experience with large language models (LLMs) and vector databases is a plus, as is familiarity with chat services and monitoring systems. You are comfortable leading technical projects and have a proven track record of architecting backend systems that deliver real business value.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and lead the implementation of backend infrastructure for AI capabilities, including LLM gateways and vector databases. You will build internal applications that integrate AI into research, trading, and operations workflows, ensuring that these tools are effective and user-friendly. Your responsibilities will also include architecting data processing pipelines that support the firm's AI initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with research and trading teams to understand their requirements and develop solutions that enhance their capabilities. This involves not only technical implementation but also ongoing support and optimization of the systems you create. You will be responsible for ensuring that the AI tools are scalable, reliable, and aligned with the firm's strategic goals.
