You understand the importance of the employee lifecycle and are eager to support various HR functions, including onboarding, parental leave, and offboarding. Your ability to manage relationships with key suppliers will help ensure that the companyβs HR operations run smoothly. You are passionate about supporting wellbeing initiatives and creating a positive work environment for all employees.
What you'll do
As a People Coordinator at Gearset, you will own the day-to-day operations across the employee lifecycle. This includes managing onboarding processes, ensuring that new hires have a seamless transition into the company. You will handle changes in employee status, parental leave requests, and offboarding procedures, ensuring that all processes are executed with precision. Your role will also involve benefits administration, where you will assist employees in understanding their options and navigating the benefits system.
You will maintain accurate HRIS data, ensuring that all employee information is up to date and compliant with company policies. Additionally, you will support wellbeing initiatives, helping to foster a healthy work environment. Your proactive nature will allow you to identify areas for improvement in HR processes, contributing to the overall efficiency of the People Operations team. You will also manage relationships with key suppliers, ensuring that the company receives the best services and support.
