Who you are

You have a strong background in data analytics and engineering, with experience in designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines. You understand the importance of data in making business-critical decisions and have a knack for integrating disparate data systems to create unified views. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work effectively with various internal teams, ensuring their data needs are met.

You are proficient in SQL and have experience with ETL processes, enabling you to produce insightful analyses and reporting. You are detail-oriented and committed to ensuring the effective operation and uptime of data infrastructure. Your ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly makes you a valuable partner to stakeholders across the organization.

What you'll do

As a Data Analytics Engineer, you will be responsible for integrating disparate data systems to create unified data views. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes that support the organization’s data needs. Collaborating with internal teams, you will gather requirements and produce analyses that drive business decisions. You will also ensure the effective operation and uptime of data infrastructure, implementing solutions for robust data collection.

Your role will involve working closely with stakeholders from Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing & Supply, Sales, Finance, People, and Recruiting to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights. You will be a thought partner in guiding internal decisions regarding data, ensuring that the organization can leverage its data effectively to promote mission readiness and protect critical infrastructure.
