You have a strong background in analytics engineering, with experience in designing and building data solutions that drive business insights. Your expertise includes working with visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI, enabling you to present complex data in an understandable format. You are familiar with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud, which allows you to leverage cloud-based solutions for data storage and processing. You understand the importance of data quality and integrity, ensuring that the data you work with is accurate and reliable. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights. You are detail-oriented and possess strong problem-solving skills, allowing you to tackle complex data challenges effectively.

Desirable

Experience with additional data visualization tools or programming languages would be a plus, as would familiarity with machine learning concepts. A background in the construction or real estate industry could provide valuable context for your work at PermitFlow.

What you'll do

As an Analytics Engineer at PermitFlow, you will be responsible for designing and building data pipelines that support our AI-driven solutions for the construction industry. You will collaborate with data scientists and product teams to understand their data requirements and ensure that the data infrastructure meets their needs. Your role will involve creating dashboards and reports that provide insights into project performance and operational efficiency. You will also work on optimizing data workflows, ensuring that data is processed efficiently and is readily available for analysis. You will participate in data governance initiatives, helping to establish best practices for data management and usage across the organization. Your contributions will directly impact how construction companies navigate the complexities of permitting and compliance, ultimately helping to accelerate project timelines and reduce costs.
