You are a seasoned trader with extensive experience in OTC oil commodities, particularly in trading Swaps and Derivatives. Your background includes a proven track record of success in managing risk and leading teams in high-pressure environments. You possess a deep understanding of trading platforms like ICE and CME, and you are familiar with proprietary trading systems that enhance trading efficiency.
Your leadership skills are exemplary, as you have successfully recruited, mentored, and overseen teams of traders in energy markets. What you'll do
In this role, you will spearhead Geneva Trading's operations in the OTC oil market, focusing on commodities such as Crude, Fuel, Distillates, Jet, Gasoline, Naphtha, Propane, NGL, and LPG. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of traders, guiding them in their trading activities, and ensuring adherence to risk management protocols. Your ability to analyze market trends and develop trading strategies will be crucial in driving the success of your team.
You will collaborate closely with proprietary hardware and software teams to leverage cutting-edge technology that provides a competitive edge in trading. Your role will also involve continuous improvement of trading processes and systems, ensuring that your team is equipped with the best tools available.
