Desirable

Experience in financial crime frameworks, including AML and CTF, is a plus — you are familiar with transaction monitoring and risk assessments, particularly in the context of digital assets. A background in macro trading activities such as OTC FX, OTC Metals, and Commodities will enhance your ability to provide relevant compliance advice.

What you'll do

In your role as a Macro Markets Compliance Officer, you will lead the day-to-day compliance advisory coverage for digital assets trading, ensuring alignment with global regulatory regimes. You will provide guidance on macro trading activities, working closely with front-office teams to address conduct, market integrity, and regulatory risk. Your expertise will be crucial in advising on new products, venues, tools, trading strategies, and counterparties, delivering pragmatic and commercially aware compliance advice.

You will support the digital assets compliance program and ensure that market conduct and financial crime frameworks are aligned with the macro compliance program. This includes covering AML and CTF considerations, conducting transaction monitoring, and performing risk assessments related to counterparties and jurisdictions. You will also conduct or support investigations involving digital asset and macro trading activities, ensuring that compliance standards are upheld across the organization.
