What you'll do
As a Procurement Intern at GenScript, you will support daily procurement operations by monitoring purchase requests and preparing RFQs to vendors. You will assist in generating and following up on purchase orders via SAP, ensuring that all procurement documentation is maintained and organized.
You will also support vendor management activities, including the creation of new vendor accounts in SAP. Your role will involve communicating with vendors to track order statuses and ensure timely deliveries.
