Overview

Alma is seeking a Director of Customer Experience to lead their team in delivering exceptional support for providers and clients. You have extensive experience leading high-quality support teams at scale β€” you've designed and operationalized teams for organizational effectiveness, ensuring that customer needs are met with excellence. Your customer-focused mindset drives you to empower frontline teams to deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint.

You understand the importance of cross-functional collaboration β€” you can elevate insights from customer interactions to inform product, design, and marketing strategies. Your ability to analyze customer feedback and implement improvements is key to enhancing the overall customer experience.

What you'll do

As the Director of Customer Experience at Alma, you will lead the team through a critical growth phase, focusing on scaling and evolving the service for both providers and their clients. You will define and implement strategies that ensure customer-centric support is delivered consistently across all interactions.

Your role will involve equipping and empowering frontline teams, providing them with the tools and training necessary to excel in their roles. You will work closely with product, design, and marketing teams to ensure that customer insights are integrated into the development of services and tools.

You will be responsible for setting performance metrics and continuously monitoring the effectiveness of customer support initiatives. By fostering a culture of feedback and improvement, you will help drive the organization towards becoming a best-in-class service provider.
