You have a proven track record in creative operations, ideally with 5+ years of experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment — you understand the intricacies of managing creative workflows and can inspire your team to achieve excellence. Your strategic mindset allows you to marry operational efficiency with creative brilliance, ensuring that every project not only meets but exceeds expectations. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, engineering, and UX, to drive impactful results. Your experience with AI-powered systems and automation tools positions you as a forward-thinking leader who embraces innovation to enhance productivity. You thrive in environments where you can influence and refine processes, and you are passionate about elevating brand presence through exceptional creative work.

Desirable

Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus, as is familiarity with performance marketing and brand advertising. What you'll do
