You have 2-3 years of experience in creative operations or production management, demonstrating a track record of optimizing workflows at scale with measurable impact. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to bring your unique skills and ideas to the team. Your ability to design SLA-driven approval workflows and manage vendor relationships will be key to your success in this role. You understand the importance of compliance tracking and version control in maintaining a centralized asset repository.
What you'll do
In this role, you will orchestrate the creative engine powering HelloFresh's social strategy across six European markets. You will design and implement approval workflows that are driven by service level agreements, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the creative process. Your responsibilities will include building a centralized asset repository with version control and compliance tracking, which will help eliminate fragmented asset storage and version control chaos. You will create weekly dashboards linking creative performance to return on ad spend (ROAS), providing valuable insights to the team. Additionally, you will coordinate with local teams across six markets to ensure effective localization and execution of creative assets. Managing vendor relationships and optimizing production costs will also be a critical part of your role, as you work to improve efficiency by 15-20%. You will play a vital role in driving business success and enhancing customer satisfaction through your innovative approach to creative operations.
