You understand the importance of compliance and are well-versed in region-specific HR regulations. Your ability to navigate complex HR processes, such as onboarding and offboarding, ensures that employees feel supported from day one. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and are committed to enhancing the employee experience at GetYourGuide.
What you'll do
In this role, you will act as the primary contact for our APAC employees, providing expert guidance on HR processes and operational support. You will facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring that new hires have a seamless transition into the company. Your responsibilities will include managing relocation and visa support, as well as administering insurance and benefits programs. You will collaborate with local legal and tax consultants to ensure compliance with regional regulations.
You will be part of a central People Operations team based in Berlin, working closely with colleagues to implement best practices and improve HR services. Your role will involve constant learning and adapting to new challenges, allowing you to enhance your HR skills across various areas of interest. You will champion the employee experience, ensuring that every interaction is efficient, knowledgeable, and empathetic.
