What you'll do

In this role, you will own and execute the pre-onboarding and onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. You will serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees in Chennai, addressing their inquiries and providing support as needed. You will collaborate closely with the Manager of People and Culture to implement HR policies and ensure compliance with local regulations. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining HR systems and workflows, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting the People Operations team in delivering a scalable employee experience.
