You possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of business intelligence frameworks — you know how to build metrics and measurement systems from the ground up, ensuring that your team has the tools they need to succeed. Your ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels is a key strength, enabling you to influence strategy and resource allocation.

What you'll do

As a Senior Analytics Manager at GetYourGuide, you will lead the Supply Analytics team in defining how we measure and grow the supply side of our marketplace. You will answer critical strategic questions that shape our approach to market expansion and supplier prioritization. Your role will involve building measurement systems from scratch, creating metrics and frameworks that empower our teams to make informed decisions.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure that our analytics foundation supports their needs — translating complex supply dynamics into clear, actionable insights. Your work will help over 50,000 suppliers grow their businesses on our platform, making a significant impact on our overall success.
