Agoda is hiring an Associate Director/Director of Supply Analytics to lead analytics functions and develop new business verticals. You'll work closely with product teams and external partners to drive business opportunities. This role requires a strong entrepreneurial mindset and experience in analytics or business development.
You have a proven track record of leading analytics functions and creating impactful business verticals from scratch — your experience in consulting, sales, or business development has equipped you with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. You excel at opportunity sizing for new business initiatives and can build compelling business cases to justify your proposals. Your ability to collaborate with product teams allows you to effectively translate business needs into actionable features and functionalities.
You are comfortable negotiating and closing deals with external partners — your strong communication skills enable you to build relationships and foster collaboration across teams. You thrive in dynamic environments where data and technology drive innovation, and you are eager to contribute to Agoda's mission of making travel easier for everyone.
In this role, you will lead the analytics team within the Supply department, focusing on incubating and scaling new business ideas and partnership types. You will perform opportunity sizing on new business opportunities and develop high-level business cases to support your proposals. Collaborating closely with product teams, you will help build out new features and functionalities that align with business goals.
You will engage directly with external partners to negotiate and close deals, ensuring that Agoda's offerings remain competitive and innovative.
