What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the Communications Platform team in building and scaling the infrastructure that supports personalized customer communications. You will design and standardize messaging templates and services to ensure that our Customer Value Proposition is consistently delivered across all channels. Your role will involve orchestrating messaging strategies that cater to specific use cases and customer journey contexts, ensuring that communications are relevant and timely.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and enriching our Customer Data Model, which is crucial for enabling contextual, personalized communication at scale. Integrating and continuously improving our Translation Management System will be a key focus, as you work to support high-quality multilingual communication. You will collaborate closely with engineering and marketing teams to drive product initiatives and ensure that our communication capabilities meet the needs of our customers, suppliers, and partners.
