What you'll do

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at GetYourGuide, you will be responsible for building and scaling our cloud-based infrastructure — this includes managing our Kubernetes clusters and AWS environment to ensure the high availability, autoscaling, and failure recovery capabilities of both production and pre-production systems. You will actively participate in infrastructure on-call rotations, championing our operations culture and helping to foster a collaborative environment.

You will leverage your skills to develop custom controllers that automate the management of clusters, ensuring that our systems are efficient and resilient. Your role will also involve driving initiatives that enhance system design and the implementation of new technologies, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the team. You will work closely with other engineers, providing guidance and support as they navigate the complexities of our infrastructure.
