You have a strong background in customer success analytics, with experience in leveraging data to drive customer engagement and retention strategies. You understand the importance of data in informing business decisions and have a knack for translating complex data into clear insights for various stakeholders. Your analytical skills are complemented by your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that insights are actionable and aligned with company goals. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and thrive in a culture that values collaboration and innovation.
Desirable
Experience with AI-powered platforms or tools is a plus, as is familiarity with DevSecOps practices. You are proactive in seeking out new ways to enhance customer experiences and are always looking for opportunities to improve processes and outcomes. A background in software development or technology would be beneficial, as it allows you to better understand the products and services offered by GitLab.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with the global Customer Success and Digital CS teams to analyze customer data and identify trends that can inform engagement strategies. You will be responsible for translating questions from Customer Success, Strategy, Marketing, and Product partners into clear analytical frameworks that drive decision-making. Your insights will help shape how GitLab interacts with its customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service. You will also work on developing metrics and KPIs that measure the success of customer engagement initiatives, providing regular reports and updates to stakeholders.
