Overview
VTEX is seeking a Customer Success Analyst to ensure clients successfully adopt and extract value from the Weni Platform. You'll guide clients through technical enablement and build strong relationships to promote growth opportunities. This role requires a blend of relationship management and technical knowledge.

Who you are
You are a Customer Success Analyst with a strong technical background, capable of guiding clients through the adoption of the Weni Platform. You thrive in building relationships with clients, including C-Level executives, and have a knack for identifying growth opportunities. Your analytical mindset allows you to simplify complex challenges, ensuring clients can leverage the platform effectively. You adapt quickly to new environments and are committed to driving product adoption through hands-on technical support. You understand platform features, integrations, and workflows, translating that knowledge into actionable guidance for clients. You are proactive in monitoring customer health, anticipating risks, and implementing solutions to maximize value and reduce churn.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive product adoption by guiding clients through configuration, workflows, and integrations, ensuring they fully leverage the Weni Platform. You will provide technical enablement by offering support and guidance on platform features, best practices, and optimizations to improve client operations. Building strong relationships with clients will be key, as you will engage with them to identify growth opportunities, negotiate renewals, and promote upsells. You will lead strategic meetings with clients to align their goals with Weniβs capabilities, addressing any technical and operational challenges they may face. Collaboration with internal teams, including Solution Engineering, Product, and Support, will be essential to resolve issues and ensure a smooth client experience. Your role will also involve tracking engagement and proactively implementing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
