What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for Software Supply Chain Security, you will lead a team responsible for making GitLab CI pipelines more secure and trustworthy. You will guide the design and delivery of security features, focusing on CI job artifact security. Your role will involve setting clear goals for your team, ensuring that they have the resources and support needed to succeed. You will facilitate regular team meetings, providing feedback and coaching to help team members grow in their roles.

You will collaborate closely with product management to define the roadmap for security features, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
