Who you are
You have a strong background in financial analysis, ideally with 5+ years of experience in FP&A roles. You excel at turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. Your analytical skills are complemented by your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that financial insights are understood and utilized effectively. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and are adept at using various financial tools and software to enhance your analysis. You embrace AI as a productivity multiplier and are eager to incorporate it into your workflows to drive efficiency and innovation.
Desirable
Experience in a software or technology company is a plus, as is familiarity with corporate finance processes. You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and are always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes. A strong understanding of financial modeling and forecasting techniques will set you apart in this role.
What you'll do
As a Senior FP&A Analyst at GitLab, you will own critical company-wide planning and forecasting processes. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that financial strategies align with the company's overall mission and objectives. Your role will involve analyzing revenue and cash flow data to provide insights that help the leadership team make informed decisions.
