What you'll do

As a Senior FP&A Analyst at Phantom, you will lead the monthly forecasting process, ensuring that the company has a clear understanding of its financial position. You will conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and provide insights that inform decision-making. Your role will involve maintaining and enhancing core financial models that are critical for strategic planning and operational efficiency. You will support annual planning cycles and headcount planning, conducting multi-scenario analyses to evaluate different business opportunities. Collaborating with various departments, you will ensure that financial accountability is upheld across the organization, helping Phantom allocate resources effectively as it scales.
