GitLab is hiring an FP&A Analyst for their Marketing team to provide data-driven decision support for critical marketing initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in financial planning and analysis.

You have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience partnering with marketing teams to provide data-driven insights that drive strategic decisions. You understand the importance of timely and accurate financial reporting and are skilled in developing financial models that support business objectives. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and can communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner. You embrace technology and are eager to incorporate AI tools into your workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with executive team members across the Marketing organization to provide timely, fact-based decision support. You will drive annual planning processes, own the operating plan, and develop long-term financial models that align with the company's strategic goals. You will be responsible for internal financial reporting and will analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Your insights will help shape marketing strategies and ensure that resources are allocated effectively to maximize impact.
