You have a foundational understanding of the global benefits landscape and possess strong analytical skills that enable you to optimize offerings for both internal employees and customers. Your collaborative approach ensures that you work effectively with various stakeholders to drive the end-to-end benefits renewal process. You have experience specifically with UK and Ireland benefits, which is crucial for this role. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are dedicated to breaking down barriers to global business.
What you'll do
As a Benefits Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the strategic lifecycle of our global benefits offerings. This includes driving the end-to-end benefits renewal process, strategic planning, implementation, and vendor management. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that our benefits offerings meet the needs of our diverse workforce. Your role will involve analyzing data to inform decision-making and optimize our benefits strategy. You will also engage with vendors to manage relationships and ensure that our offerings are competitive and compliant with local regulations.
