You have a strong background in benefits operations, with experience auditing and maintaining accurate data across systems like Workday. You take pride in operational rigor and ownership, ensuring that employee benefits are reliable and easy to navigate. Your empathetic approach allows you to provide clear guidance to employees regarding their benefits questions. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes. You are detail-oriented and proactive in identifying discrepancies in vendor billing and benefits data. You understand the importance of compliance and are committed to maintaining a strong benefits foundation as the company grows.
What you'll do
As a U.S. Benefits Analyst at OpenAI, you will own core benefits operations, ensuring that all data related to employee benefits is accurate and up-to-date. You will audit benefits data across Workday and vendor systems, reviewing and reconciling vendor invoices to resolve any discrepancies. You will serve as a front-line resource for employee benefits questions, providing clear and empathetic guidance to help employees navigate their options. You will partner closely with Payroll, Finance, HR Systems, and vendors to address issues and enhance processes. Your role will be crucial in maintaining compliance with job posting regulations and ensuring that OpenAI's benefits offerings meet the needs of a rapidly growing employee population.
