What you'll do

As an Associate Commercial Counsel, you will be responsible for the timely preparation, review, and negotiation of a high volume of contracts and related documents, including master services, consulting, license, and vendor agreements. You will work closely with the global Commercial Legal team to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations while supporting the company's growth initiatives. Your role will involve advising internal stakeholders on legal risks and best practices, as well as contributing to the development of legal policies and procedures. You will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency of contract processes and ensuring that all agreements align with the company's strategic objectives.
