Who you are
You are an experienced labor lawyer with a strong background in providing legal support across various business departments. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in labor law, you have a proven track record of managing requests and inspections from labor authorities. You thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable navigating complex legal frameworks to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Your hands-on approach allows you to work effectively with both the Italian Legal Team and the HQ legal team, ensuring that legal considerations are integrated into business operations. You are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels heard and valued, and you bring your authentic self to work every day.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take on a 360º position, providing comprehensive legal support and guidance across all departments of Glovo's operations in Italy. You will manage requests and inspections from labor authorities, ensuring that the company adheres to all legal requirements and best practices. Your expertise will be crucial in advising on labor-related matters, helping to shape policies that align with both legal standards and the company's culture. You will collaborate closely with various teams to address legal implications in business decisions, ensuring that legal risks are identified and mitigated proactively.
