You are an experienced Product Owner or Product Manager with a strong background in leading product evolution and driving operational efficiency. You thrive in small, fast-moving environments and are intellectually curious about product development. You have a collaborative spirit, working closely with engineering, operations, compliance, and external partners to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences.

You possess a keen ability to translate business objectives into actionable roadmaps, balancing immediate needs with long-term strategic outcomes. Your focus is on identifying high-ROI improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You are comfortable making data-driven trade-offs that optimize outcomes for both the business and users.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own your backlog, defining, prioritizing, and refining user stories with clear acceptance criteria. You will collaborate daily with developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure that sprint goals are met and deliverables create measurable value. Staying deeply connected to customer and partner feedback is crucial, ensuring that your products reflect real internal and external customer needs.

You will support the vision for products, tools, and infrastructure, ensuring they scale alongside Forward's growing portfolio of partners and merchants. Your responsibilities will include product planning and roadmapping, execution and ownership of product features, and continuous improvement based on feedback and performance metrics.
