What you'll do

In this role, you will support strategic initiatives by collaborating closely with Business Operations, Engineering, and Insurance Product Management teams. You will define product solutions that meet the needs of enterprise partners while enhancing user experience. Your responsibilities will include managing the product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process.

You will be responsible for gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering to deliver winning products. You will also engage in user research to understand customer needs and pain points, translating these insights into actionable product features. Your ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution will be crucial in driving the success of Beam's product initiatives.
