Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in AI development, particularly in building autonomous agents and orchestration systems. Your expertise includes designing and deploying LLM-based agents that can perform complex reasoning and planning tasks. You are proficient in Python and have a strong understanding of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow. Your background includes working with multi-agent systems and you are familiar with real-time orchestration capabilities. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to contribute to impactful projects that help communities. You understand the importance of integrating structured data and external APIs to optimize outcomes for users. You are comfortable working in a hybrid model, with a commitment to being in the San Francisco office three times a week.
Desirable
Experience with Kubernetes and Docker is a plus, as is familiarity with JavaScript for front-end integration. Knowledge of fundraising ecosystems and donor engagement strategies will help you excel in this role. You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys tackling challenges and finding innovative solutions.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with organizational goals, driving critical social change through technology.
