Your proficiency in both German and English at a C1 level enables you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers. You possess excellent problem-solving skills and are adept at navigating sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. You have a passion for continuous improvement and are eager to champion customer feedback to enhance the GoFundMe experience. You are comfortable working in a hybrid setting, with a willingness to come into the office a few times a month to collaborate with your team. Your ability to handle complex support requests and provide human-centered assistance makes you an ideal fit for this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will make a meaningful impact by assisting customers from around the globe who are raising or giving money for important causes. You will provide exceptional customer support through live messaging and email, and may also handle phone calls as needed. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting bank transfer verifications, guiding customers through the fundraising process, and helping them optimize their success with the GoFundMe platform. You will actively listen to customer concerns and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. Additionally, you will support the team with ad-hoc projects that align with the team's vision and objectives, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that customers feel heard and valued, and you will play a key part in driving the continuous improvement of the GoFundMe experience.
