What you'll do

As an Art Director at Golin, you will lead the creative process for integrated campaigns, from initial concepts to final designs. You will be responsible for visualizing ideas beautifully, whether creating a signature campaign look, storyboarding a video, or designing presentation decks. Your role will involve being the day-to-day art lead on creative workstreams, where you will roll up your sleeves to design key assets and ensure that the creative vision is executed flawlessly. You will present your ideas to the team and clients, fostering a collaborative environment where creativity can flourish. Mentoring junior designers will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you help elevate the overall quality of work produced by the team. You will stay informed about design trends and cultural movements, ensuring that your work remains relevant and impactful.
