You have a strong background in strategic initiatives, ideally with 5+ years of experience in roles that involve developing and executing business strategies. Your expertise includes working with internal and external stakeholders to foster positive relationships and drive initiatives that align with company goals. You are skilled in conducting market research and analysis, which allows you to evaluate various strategic options effectively. Your experience in distributed energy, capital markets, and partnership agreements positions you well for this role. You are comfortable presenting to executives and board members, showcasing your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will play a key part in the Strategic Initiatives group at GoodLeap, focusing on developing and executing strategies that will help the company grow. You will liaise with various stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the process. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and evaluating build vs. buy vs. partnership arrangements. You will set goals and guidelines for initiatives, overseeing operations from planning to execution.
