GoodLeap is hiring an IT Support Specialist, Tier II to provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees across the US and Mexico. This role requires strong IT literacy and interpersonal skills.

You have a solid background in IT support, demonstrating competent IT literacy and the ability to navigate various applications and systems. You excel in answering technical questions and troubleshooting problems, ensuring users can effectively utilize software and systems. Your interpersonal skills allow you to communicate effectively with employees, guiding them through technical challenges with patience and clarity. You thrive under pressure, managing multiple high-level tasks while maintaining a focus on providing excellent support. You are proactive in identifying potential issues and are committed to enhancing the overall employee experience through technology.
What you'll do
As an IT Support Specialist at GoodLeap, you will be an integral part of the Employee Technology Enablement team, responsible for onboarding new employees and providing ongoing support to the existing employee base. You will troubleshoot technical issues, answer queries, and guide users in maximizing their productivity with our software and systems. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that technology solutions align with employee needs and organizational goals. You will also document support processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT support services, ensuring that all employees have access to the tools they need to succeed.
